Le Département des sciences alimentaires fournit une application de connaissances de pointe axée sur le développement d'aliments durables, sûrs et innovants visant à améliorer la santé humaine. La recherche effectuée en science alimentaire se concentre sur des études interdisciplinaires couvrant la chimie, la biologie, la microbiologie, la chimie des produits naturels, les nanosciences, la physique et les sciences de la nutrition.
